Colgate-Palmolive, a global leader in oral care, personal care, home care and pet nutrition, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner: Executive Search & Talent Intelligence to support leadership hiring from its New York HQ. You will partner with senior leaders, map talent markets, and manage premium data platforms across the organization.

Reporting to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition, you will deliver executive-level searches, provide quarterly insights, and drive adoption of labor market tools

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required.
6+ years experience, including 3+ years in executive search.
Strong research and talent intelligence capabilities: market mapping, org-structure analysis.
Proven stakeholder management with senior leaders.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter/Talent Insights and labor market data tools.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end executive searches and advise senior leaders.
Conduct market research and talent intelligence for global openings.
Manage data platforms and vendor relationships; drive adoption and training.
Translate data into executive-ready insights for leadership.
