Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Strategic Pursuits Lead in New York to orchestrate our largest enterprise engagements from end to end. You will own C-suite relationships, partner with account teams, and architect bespoke solutions that unlock transformational business value.

You will coordinate across product, research, partnerships, legal, and executive leadership, design complex account strategies, and hand the account back in a healthy state after signing.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise technology/solutions experience.
• 7+ years leading strategic deals or major account pursuits.
• Deep expertise in complex B2B sales with C-suite engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end orchestration of enterprise pursuits typically $50M+ in value.
• Own C-suite relationships and discussions in partnership with the account team.
• Design and execute sophisticated account strategies for enterprise transformation.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes across technical, business, legal, security, and procurement.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit resources and develop innovative commercial structures.
