Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Strategic Pursuits Lead to own and run our largest enterprise engagements, operating as a strategic quarterback with Fortune 100 companies and major institutions. You will own C-suite conversations, coordinate with account teams, and architect bespoke solutions that unlock significant business value.

You will collaborate with product, research, legal, and leadership to shape deals, craft deployment models, and drive differentiation against competitors.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology sales or related field.
• Proven track record closing large enterprise deals with Fortune 100 or equivalent.
• Deep experience in navigating complex B2B sales cycles and C-suite engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end orchestration of our largest enterprise pursuits.
• Own C-suite relationships and discussions in coordination with the account team.
• Design and execute account strategies that position Anthropic as mission-critical enterprise infrastructure.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder decision processes across technical, business, legal, security and procurement.
• Partner with product and research to shape custom solutions and influence roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional pursuit resources including sales, partnerships, and executive sponsors.
