Based in New York or Chicago with a North America remit, you will shape opportunities, map stakeholders, and develop value cases, partnering with ES pillars, Consulting/Advisory, and Pursuit Excellence

Qualifications

• MD-level consulting and enterprise growth leadership
• Strong North America enterprise client credibility
• Comfortable across CX, CRM, data, AI, martech, content, commerce transformations
• Executive storyteller and able to influence at C-suite level

Responsibilities

• Shape direct North America enterprise opportunities from initial conversation through pursuit-ready brief.
• Support discovery, problem definition, stakeholder mapping and value-case development.
• Translate business challenges into enterprise solution options and activation requirements.
• Partner with technical SMEs, solution and commercial architecture, and Consulting/Advisory as needed.
• Coordinate pursuit materials, workshops, and executive briefings for early-stage opportunities.
• Collaborate with Growth Network for architecture depth on NA opportunities.
