Flashfood is seeking a Senior Sales Director to lead enterprise expansion across the US grocery sector. You will own full-cycle strategic enterprise sales with large, multi-banner retailers and help shape Flashfood’s sales strategy as we scale.

Bring 10+ years of enterprise grocery experience, executive presence, and a proven track record of closing six- to seven-figure deals. This is a senior, individual-contributor role with 100% remote work and a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in grocery/retail tech.
• Proven track record closing six- to seven-figure deals.
• Strong executive presence with C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value grocery targets and map buying committees.
• Lead long, multi-region sales cycles with procurement and legal.
• Develop executive-ready proposals with ROI models.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to scale Enterprise motion.
