Stripe is seeking an organized Executive Engagement Marketing Manager for the Americas. You will lead operational execution of executive engagement and hospitality programs, collaborating with Sales and cross-functional partners to deliver high-touch experiences for senior audiences.

The role requires coordinating multi-stream programs, building playbooks, and continuously improving execution at scale.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, marketing operations, executive programs, hospitality, or related B2B marketing roles.
• Experience managing complex, detail-intensive projects with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and dependencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage senior internal stakeholders and external executive audiences.
• Strong project management skills with workback plans, coordinating deliverables, tracking progress, and resolving issues.
• Operational mindset with data-driven iterations and ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Independently manage the operational planning and execution of executive engagement programs across the Americas.
• Build and maintain detailed program plans, timelines, attendee management, and cross-functional communication.
• Partner with Sales to identify senior executives at targeted accounts and enable sellers with outreach materials.
• Coordinate end-to-end attendee journey from invitation to post-event follow-up.
• Own event marketing materials and campaign assets; collaborate on campaigns and workflows.
