Job summary

Stripe is seeking an Executive Experiences Program Manager to drive end-to-end operational excellence for flagship leadership programs worldwide, including Davos and the Exec Summit at Sessions. Responsibilities

• Lead global end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences across cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
• Build, maintain, and evolve repeatable playbooks, best practices documentation, and toolkits to scale our executive event execution engine efficiently.
• Coordinate and manage global budget planning and tracking in close partnership with accountable leads to ensure spend remains on-track.
• Own executive-ready program communications, operationalizing reporting across functions into unified, digestible status updates and leadership dashboards.
• Drive ongoing operational improvements via process innovation, automation, and the adoption of AI-powered tools to increase productivity and transform team workflows.
