• Experience supporting enterprise technology organizations.
• Strong event operations and logistics background.
• Budget and vendor management expertise.
• Familiarity with service providers, telecom, OEM, or infrastructure customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive engagement programs, including Executive Briefings and CABs.
• Coordinate schedules among customers, executives, assistants, partners, and leadership.
• Capture meeting outcomes, action items, and commitments.
• Own end-to-end event operations, including budgets, vendors, travel, and onsite logistics.
• Prepare and submit event budgets for approval.
• Provide operational leadership during customer-facing events and programs.
• Coordinate activities across Service Provider and OEM customer organizations.
