Job summary

Reality Labs seeks an Executive Experiences Program Manager to own the end-to-end logistics for the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center and coordinate with cross-functional partners on-site. The role supports global program operations and asset development, reporting to the Global Head of Executive Engagement.

This fixed-term leave of absence cover role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and meticulous organization to deliver high-impact executive experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in executive engagement, events, or program management.
• On-site owner during live executive events, including real-time problem resolution.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience building trackers, dashboards, or reports in Google Sheets.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end logistics, coordination, and ongoing management of the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center, including on-the-day, on-site coordination with internal cross-functional partners.
• Serve as the central point of contact to all internal stakeholders involved in delivery and execution of briefings in the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center.
• Partner closely with Executive Engagement Leads and sales teams to deliver high-impact, memorable executive experiences in line with broader business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory supply related to the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center.
• Manage systems, tooling, and reporting for the global Executive Briefing Program.
• Identify and document process improvements that carry forward.
• Support management and creation of Executive Briefing Program assets and resources to drive internal awareness and external demand.
• Apply industry best practices for Executive Briefing Programs by utilizing systems, processes, and frameworks that increase operational efficiencies.

Executive Experiences Program Manager is responsible for the management and delivery of world‑class Executive briefings for partners and clients. The successful candidate will be supporting day‑to‑day management of the Executive Briefing Program in Burlingame and providing operational support to the global program.

This is a fixed‑term role (leave of absence cover) reporting to the Global Head of Executive Engagement.

Overall Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Executive Engagement Leads and sales teams to deliver high‑impact, memorable executive experiences in line with broader business goals.
• Manage vendor relationships and inventory supply related to the Burlingame, CA Executive Briefing Center.
• Manage systems, tooling, and reporting for the global Executive Briefing Program.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice to Have Skills
