Job summary

Avathon seeks an Engagement Director, the senior client-facing delivery leader responsible for commercial health, executive relationships, and strategic outcomes across our largest engagements. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive delivery excellence to ensure each engagement becomes a reference win and a growth opportunity.

You will own P&L, shape expansion opportunities, and partner with executives to realize business value while maintaining strong client trust.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in enterprise technology delivery or management consulting.
• Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and P&L.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to shape commercial terms.
• Comfort traveling up to 80% and working across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships at VP/SVP/C-suite levels across strategic accounts.
• Define long-term engagement strategy and multi-year partnership vision.
• Lead executive business reviews and steering committees with credibility.
• Identify expansion opportunities and drive renewal, upsell, and growth.
• Oversee delivery health, governance, risk, and profitability of engagements.
