Job summary

Avathon seeks an Engagement Director, the most senior client-facing delivery leader responsible for the commercial health, executive relationships, and strategic outcomes of our largest engagements. You will align delivery with business value, manage cross-functional teams, and drive long-term partnerships across strategic accounts.

You will own renewal and expansion opportunities, develop business cases, provide revenue forecasts, and maintain executive sponsorship with customers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology delivery, management consulting, or professional services.
• Proven track record managing strategic accounts with P&L responsibility.
• Experience leading multi-workstream AI/data platform deployments in asset-intensive industries.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships at VP/SVP/C-suite levels across strategic accounts.
• Define and drive long-term engagement strategy and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead executive business reviews and steering committee meetings with progress and ROI.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and shape commercial terms.
• Oversee governance: RAID, milestones, change control, and financial reporting.
• Build and develop high-performance cross-functional delivery teams.
