Job summary

Celonis is seeking an established Energy & Utilities consulting leader at Director/MD/Partner level to drive our most strategic engagements globally. You will partner with utilities’ C-suite executives to translate decarbonization and grid modernization into actionable transformation roadmaps using the Celonis platform.

You will oversee CoEs, enterprise digital twins, and multi‑million dollar business cases, guiding cross‑functional teams across SAP/Oracle/Maximo and AI initiatives to deliver

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience within a Big Four or elite consulting firm at Director/MD/Partner level.
• Deep knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector with a track record of multi‑million transformations.
• Strong understanding of Process Mining paradigms; Celonis experience is highly advantageous.
• Fluency with modern enterprise stacks (SAP/Oracle/Maximo) and data/AI paradigms; you direct teams, not code.
• Proven client origination, relationship management and value‑based selling.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise C-suite and align macro Energy sector pressures with transformation roadmaps.
• Oversee deployment of Celonis Process Intelligence Graph and CoEs.
• Lead high-visibility enterprise transformations for Fortune 500 E&U clients.
• Translate regulatory mandates into automated, executive‑level business cases.
• Productize repeatable value plays into scalable Celonis offerings.
