Job summary

WSP USA in Arlington, VA seeks a Vice President, Energy Program Management to lead AE services for federal clients, focusing on nuclear technologies for the Department of War. You will build teams, manage multi-discipline projects, and drive growth across DOW engagements.

You will engage with operations and leadership to position WSP as the preferred delivery partner, mentoring staff and expanding capabilities into space-related programs.

Qualifications

• Experience proposing, negotiating fees, and delivering AE planning and construction-phase oversight.
• Strong knowledge of Navy, Army and Air Force clients; Federal budgeting and business drivers.

Responsibilities

• Drive business in a new and emerging nuclear market with the DOW.
• Establish relationships with industry partners to execute projects and programs.
• Operate as a trusted advisor to DOW in development and planning of new nuclear.
• Develop and mentor new team members for service expansion.
• Expand capabilities to support commercial space projects.
• Guide multi-discipline teams in technical decisions.
• Oversee resource loading and talent engagement.
• Foster innovation and technical excellence within teams.
• Collaborate with other WSP sectors and leadership for a one-WSP delivery mindset.
