WSP in Arlington, VA seeks a Vice President, Energy Program Management to lead AE services for federal clients in nuclear projects. You will work with Federal Programs Team to drive strategy, manage multi-disciplinary groups, and build client relationships across DoD programs.

The role emphasizes developing teams, expanding capabilities to include space-related projects, and delivering complex programs from site assessment through design and construction oversight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 12+ years proposing on, negotiating fee proposals, and delivering AE planning, design, and construction-phase oversight for US DoD contracts.
  • 7+ years managing multi-disciplinary engineering/architectural teams.
  • Professional registration US licensed Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of Navy, Army, Air Force clients; US contracting industry.
  • Experience leading strategy and marketing for Federal acquisitions; cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex opportunities and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business in a new nuclear market with the DoD.
  • Establish relationships with industry partners to execute projects.
  • Serve as trusted advisor in development and planning of new nuclear projects.
  • Develop teams to expand services for market needs.
  • Expand capabilities to support space projects where applicable.
  • Guide multi-discipline teams in technical decision-making.
  • Provide resource loading and talent engagement oversight.
  • Foster innovation and excellence in teams.
  • Identify process improvements and coordinate implementation.
  • Assist client sponsors, leads, and managers with client management.
