Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Employee Relations professional in the United States to lead and partner with Segment and functional leadership. Responsibilities include managing grievances, counseling executives, and ensuring compliance with employment laws while driving organizational effectiveness.

The role requires strong training capabilities, data-driven analysis, and collaboration with legal and HR stakeholders to foster a positive work environment and effective people practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of related HR experience.
• Extensive employee relations experience advising on complex issues in exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Knowledge of federal and state EEO laws and HR policies.
• Experience training management on conflict resolution and performance issues.
• Proven ability to work independently and report critical issues to leadership.
• Strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnerships with Segment and leadership to execute employee relations strategies.
• Manage the employee grievance process from initiation to closure.
• Counsel executives and managers on employment issues including hiring and terminations.
• Guide on resolving employee relations issues with progressive discipline.
• Liaise with LOA administrator and Ethics & Compliance on escalations.
• Analyze case data trends to inform decisioning for clients.
