Job summary

Guidehouse seeks an experienced Employee Relations Leader to oversee a centralized ER team delivering strategic, risk-aware guidance to business leaders, managers, and HR partners. You will collaborate with HRBPs, Employment Counsel, Ethics & Compliance, and a separate investigations team to ensure consistent, practical, and defensible recommendations.

Reporting to the Director of Employee Relations, you will coach consultants, standardize intake and case-management, and advance ER consulting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
• Significant experience in Employee Relations, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related HR function.
• Experience building, scaling, and leading teams in large, global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience working in a centralized Employee Relations model.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Employee Relations Consultants aligned to business segments, functions, or geographies.
• Provide ongoing direction, case consultation, and escalation support on sensitive or high-risk employee relations matters.
• Drive calibration across consultants to reduce variability in recommendations and outcomes.
• Partner with Investigations on scope alignment, business context, and post-investigation implementation.
