Aptitude Health, LLC is seeking an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Coordinator for a US remote role. You will work closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leaders to provide strategic and operational support, focusing on ESG metrics, KPI management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities include developing executive presentations, coordinating special projects, and ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5+ years in executive support or operations.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Experience working with performance metrics and dashboards.
• ESG reporting experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate ESG data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Develop executive-level ESG dashboards, reports and materials.
• Create KPI tracking processes and executive scorecards.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and timelines.
• Prepare leadership meeting materials and progress updates.
• Maintain records of executive decisions and strategic priorities.
