Job summary

Aptitude Health, LLC is seeking an Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Coordinator to provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to the CEO, CFO, and senior leaders. You will own ESG reporting, KPI management, and executive reporting, translating complex data into concise presentations and ensuring timely project execution.

This remote role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, developing dashboards, and supporting leadership decisions with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, project coordination, management consulting, finance, or corporate strategy.
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Experience working with performance metrics, dashboards, and business reporting.
• ESG reporting or sustainability-related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate collection, validation, and reporting of ESG metrics.
• Develop executive ESG dashboards, reports, and annual materials.
• Create high-impact presentations for the CEO, CFO, and ELT.
• Maintain KPI tracking processes and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-department projects and leadership reviews.
