Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) seeks a Discovery IT System Administrator to join its legal department. The role focuses on maintaining e-discovery tools, server infrastructure, and cloud-based platforms to support legal accounts and queries.

This executive-level position requires experience with Relativity, eDiscovery platforms, SQL Server, and cloud technologies, while ensuring reliable operations and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic discovery tools and EDRM knowledge.
• Backend infrastructure, data migrations, and system configuration.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS) and virtualization (VMware).
• Experience with Relativity, Veritas eDP or similar hosted tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day availability of electronic discovery applications and related tools.
• Administer and monitor installed systems, install and maintain OS and applications.
• Monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement fixes with vendors.
• Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
• Develop training for end-users and provide SME guidance on EDiscovery tools.
