• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks and recommendations, escalating when uncertain.
• Advanced analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down business, technical and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through change, manage dependencies, and operate under pressure.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management to align outcomes with firm objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration, overseeing complex program execution with resources, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning, dependency/risk synthesis, and executive-ready reporting, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities, incorporating best practices, and staying abreast of emerging technologies.
• Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and continuous improvement routines, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
