• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology programs
• Experience in Chief of Staff / Strategy & Operations / Technical Program Management roles within technology organizations
• Strong data platform fluency with ability to translate technical complexity into executive language
• Ability to drive outcomes through influence in a matrix with ambiguity and senior stakeholders
• Solid financial and operational acumen: budgeting/forecasting, headcount planning, executive reporting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive updates

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans with requirements, resources and timelines to ensure on-time delivery
• Translate platform strategy into an integrated operating plan (OKRs, priorities, roadmap, metrics)
• Run leadership cadence and planning cycles with clear actions and owners
• Lead cross-functional programs and portfolio governance (intake, prioritization, dependencies, RAID)
• Own financial management with Finance (forecast, spend, cost optimization)
• Drive org/operating model changes and executive alignment; craft exec-ready materials and narrative
