Qualifications

• Experience applying Agile and Waterfall governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with reporting dashboards and PM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage central, cross-functional initiatives with defined scope, milestones, and success metrics.
• Establish governance routines and ensure timely execution and clear communication.
• Oversee the technology operating model across the organization with executive readouts.
• Collaborate with enterprise/functional teams for standards and tooling adoption.
• Provide direction and visibility into status, dependencies, and decisions.
• Own recurring reporting for senior management and Chief of Staff teams.
• Develop dashboards and status views to drive action and outcomes.
• Coordinate Global Resiliency activities; track actions and gaps.
• Identify automation opportunities; design AI-assisted solutions.
• Document solutions and communicate results to stakeholders and SMEs.
• Champion accessible AI tooling and enablement through playbooks and tooling.
