• Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans and risks before use, escalating when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, overseeing complex execution with resources, budgets, timelines and risk mitigation.
• Leverage enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting while ensuring data handling compliance.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, provide direction, and define decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying process optimizations and adopting best practices in governance and delivery.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance with human review and alignment to standards.
