Responsibilities

Lead the development technology strategy and priorities across technology and business teams.
Scope problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions.
Conduct research on technology trends and innovation opportunities.
Develop work plans to test/evaluate strategies spanning process improvement and organizational change.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and communications.
Advise and influence senior leaders on key business decisions.
Develop trust-based advisor relationships with stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across lines of business.
Mentor junior team members.
Identify roadblocks and escalate issues as needed.
