Job summary

Comcast is seeking an Executive Director of Talent Management, Succession, and Workforce Segmentation to lead enterprise-wide talent initiatives. The role translates future growth and capability priorities into clear talent actions and investments, leveraging AI, automation and advanced analytics to build leadership pipelines and readiness.

Partner with senior HR leaders to anticipate risks, strengthen bench strength, and focus investments on critical roles and skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into talent and workforce initiatives.
• Knowledge of AI, analytics, and workforce insights is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into an integrated talent and workforce strategy with leadership and skills needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify key roles, future-critical skills, and leadership capabilities for growth.
• Build and maintain pipelines for executive and mission-critical roles using data-driven insights.
• Lead enterprise succession processes, including risk assessment and C-suite reviews, with automation where possible.
• Apply skills intelligence and predictive analytics to assess bench strength and skills gaps.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Tech, People Analytics, and business leaders to align internal and external talent intelligence.
• Establish responsible AI and data governance for talent decisions, ensuring human oversight.
• Measure impact through metrics like critical-role coverage, successor readiness, and time-to-fill.
