Translate business strategy into an integrated talent and workforce strategy with leadership capabilities and skills needed for growth.
Build and maintain robust pipelines for executive and mission-critical roles using analytics and scenario modeling.
Lead enterprise succession processes including talent identification, risk assessment, and C-suite reviews.
Apply skills intelligence, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights to assess bench strength and risks.
Establish responsible AI and data governance for talent and succession decisions.
