• Develop expertise in business unit operations to enhance talent management strategies and workforce planning.
• Execute innovative solutions for talent recognition, professional development, and career well-being.
• Utilize advanced talent analytics to provide insights for strategic decision-making and organizational development.
• Contribute to the promotion and adoption of enterprise-wide talent and HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to develop talent management strategies that support business transformation.
• Integrate inclusion into talent management processes and initiatives.
• Manage specific talent management projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and HR strategies.
• Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
