Job summary

Travere Therapeutics seeks a Corporate Development leader to oversee evaluation and execution of strategic transactions across the deal lifecycle. You will drive strategy, structure deals, and present recommendations to senior leadership to create value for the portfolio.

You will mentor the Corporate Development team, strengthening capabilities and processes, while partnering with senior executives on key investments and collaborations to advance the company’s strategic objectives.

• Lead the evaluation and execution of strategic transactions including M&A, in-licensing, collaborations, and partnerships across the full deal lifecycle.
• Develop transaction strategies and deal structures that balance opportunity, risk, capital requirements, and value creation, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop Corporate Development team members and contribute to the company's corporate development capabilities and processes.
