Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in biotechnology/pharmaceutical corporate development or related field.
• Proven track record closing complex transactions end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of biopharma, IP, and pharmaceutical economics.
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and execution of M&A, in-licensing, collaborations, and other transactions.
• Oversee full deal lifecycle from assessment to closing and integration.
• Develop strategies that balance opportunity, risk, and capital needs.
• Collaborate with legal and senior leadership on term sheets and agreements.
• Manage cross-functional due diligence and present recommendations to executives and board.
