Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery, account performance, and client satisfaction.
• Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across client and internal leadership teams.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and account expansion opportunities.
• Lead delivery governance, risk management, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure achievement of SLAs, KPIs, quality, and compliance standards.
• Oversee workforce planning, resource optimization, and talent development.
• Partner with Sales, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Operations to support business growth.
• Manage escalations and drive timely resolution of critical business issues.
