Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex programs across Engineering, IT, AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation.
• Lead portfolio-level governance with scope, quality, timelines, and customer outcomes.
• Drive engineering excellence via Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern delivery practices.
• Partner with architects and client stakeholders to guide solution delivery and risk mitigation.
• Manage delivery performance across global onsite, offshore, and nearshore teams.
• Serve as primary escalation point for delivery, operational, and program issues.
• Own account financials, including revenue growth, margins, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities across Engineering, AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital services.

This role combines technology leadership, delivery ownership, P&L accountability, and account growth, with responsibility for driving successful program execution and long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex Engineering, IT, AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation programs.
• Lead portfolio-level delivery governance with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes.
• Drive engineering excellence through Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and modern software delivery practices.
• Partner with architects, engineering leaders, and client stakeholders to guide solution delivery, technical governance, risk mitigation, and execution strategy.
• Manage delivery performance across global onsite, offshore, and nearshore teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery, operational, and program-level issues.
• Own account financials, including revenue growth, delivery efficiency, margin performance, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Identify and drive expansion opportunities across Engineering, AI, Data, Cloud, and Digital services.
• Support solutioning, pre-sales, estimation, and strategic account planning initiatives.
• Drive innovation across Connected Vehicles, AI/GenAI, Data Platforms, Cloud, and Software-Defined Vehicle (SDV) programs.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Technology Delivery, Engineering Delivery, Program Management, or Account Delivery Leadership.
• Proven experience managing large-scale technology portfolios and enterprise client relationships.
• Strong background in Software Engineering, Digital Engineering, Enterprise Applications, Cloud, Data, and Modern Delivery Practices.
• Demonstrated experience with P&L ownership, revenue growth, forecasting, and margin management.
• Experience leading global delivery teams across onsite, offshore, and nearshore models.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Automotive OEM, Tier-1 Supplier, Mobility, or Connected Vehicle domain experience.
• Knowledge of Connected Vehicles, Telematics, ADAS, OTA/FOTA, SDV, Embedded Systems, and Automotive Digital Platforms.
• Exposure to AI/ML, GenAI, Data & Analytics, Cloud Transformation, and Digital Engineering programs.
• Experience in consulting, managed services, or engineering services environments.
