Experience Senior Living Team in Anderson, IN seeks an Executive Director to lead daily operations, P&L accountability, and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate care planning, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and partner with the Sales Director to secure referrals.

The role requires a business or healthcare administration background, 3–5 years in operations management, and strong leadership, communication, and budgeting skills. A hospitality-minded, resident-focused leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management with demonstrated success in meeting financial and sales goals.
• Solid understanding of local, state, and federal regulations governing this community.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining team members.
• Ability to manage budgets, expenses, and CapEx projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations with full P&L responsibility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
• Develop care plans and coordinate with Health and Wellness leadership.
• Drive occupancy and revenue growth through sales and marketing collaboration.
• Build high-performing teams and maintain strong company culture.
• Lead budget processes and monitor monthly variance reporting.
