Primrose Retirement Communities in Indiana seeks an Executive Director to lead a warm, resident-focused senior living community. You will oversee nursing care, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance while upholding Primrose standards and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, gerontology, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in senior living operations.
• Ability to interpret financial statements and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Ensures continuity and consistency in nursing care, resident engagement, dining, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Builds positive relationships with residents and families, handles questions and grievances professionally.
• Develops and administers budgets, monitors food, supply and labor costs within parameters.
• Oversees business activities such as bank deposits, rent recaps, monthly bills, and payroll.
• Provides leadership to department heads, reinforces company policies and core values.
• Oversees onboarding and staff training to meet state and Primrose standards.
• Evaluates performance and applies disciplinary actions as required.
