Job summary

Provincial Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead a senior living community in Columbus, GA. You will drive day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with the board to sustain high occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires a strong background in operations, budgeting, and team leadership within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings, with a focus on resident-centered service and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business-related field.
• Minimum of three years of managerial experience.
• Experience in the senior living, health care, or hospitality industries preferred.
• Experience with hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision.
• Proven ability to manage operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of the community per applicable laws.
• Communicate a clear, resident-centered vision.
• Develop external business development strategy to maximize referrals and move-ins.
• Ensure state regulatory compliance and accurate resident records.
• Meet financial targets and maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Prepare and manage the community budget and NOI.
• Oversee all departments and ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor monthly financial statements and address deficiencies.
