Qualifications

• Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven track record driving occupancy, revenue and operations.
• Strong P&L, budgeting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence.
