Cogir Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director in the Alexandria, VA area to oversee all community operations and ensure the highest standards of care and service for residents.

You will manage budgets, supervise department leaders, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with staff, residents, families, and partner organizations. A Bachelor's degree and Licensed Administrator status are preferred, with 5+ years in senior living leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, healthcare, nursing or human services.
• Licensed Administrator in good standing where required by state.
• Minimum 5 years in progressive leadership in senior living or similar.
