Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead all aspects of a senior living community, driving financial performance, resident well-being, and regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional resident and family experience.

You will recruit and coach leaders, manage the P&L, grow occupancy, shape the sales strategy, and build strong partnerships with referral sources and the local community in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager in senior living or healthcare operations.
• Strong ability to drive occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Demonstrated P&L ownership, budgeting and financial management skills.
• Leadership and performance management experience with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals.
