• Serve as CEO of the Harmony at Hockessin community, leading daily operations and shaping strategy.
• Oversee associate relations, resident and family engagement, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive financial performance and revenue growth through the business plan and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Foster an inclusive culture focused on high-quality resident experiences and care.
