Zusammenfassung

Savant Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to oversee daily Community operations, lead staff, and ensure exceptional resident care. You will coordinate budgets, staffing, and services while maintaining regulatory compliance and high satisfaction levels.

The role requires active leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement with residents and team members to uphold the company’s standards of care and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old and have Health Screening, TB Clearance, and Criminal Record Clearance.
• RCFE license required; licensure as administrator preferred/required by state licensing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or two years of college with at least three years’ residential care experience.
• Must be willing to travel; possess a valid driver's license; First Aid certification may be required.

Aufgaben

• Supervise Community staff and manage payroll and scheduling; provide feedback and recognize performance.
• Hire, orient, supervise, evaluate, review, and discipline subordinate staff; interview and test applicants.
• Develop and monitor budgets, occupancy, expenses, and quality of services; implement strategies.
• Provide performance evaluations and wage reviews; ensure annual evaluations.
• Ensure resident care, safety, and regulatory compliance; maintain quality and customer-oriented workforce.
