Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking an Executive Director to lead community operations, drive occupancy and financial performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and an exceptional resident and family experience.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L management and proven ability to develop teams and partnerships to deliver high-quality care and services in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Prior Executive Director, Administrator or General Manager experience.
• Proven ability to drive occupancy, revenue and operational performance.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and business management skills.
• Experience leading teams and managing performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall community operations including care, sales, financial performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning.
• Manage P&L, budgeting, labor and expense control to meet financial goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach and develop high-performing leadership and team members.
• Deliver exceptional resident and family experience through service excellence.
• Partner with Sales to advance leads and maximize move-ins.
