Job summary

Sagora Senior Living seeks an Executive Director to lead a senior living community, ensuring warm, compassionate care, independence, and activity for residents while maintaining profitability. You will oversee operations, finance, HR, sales, culinary, and maintenance, reporting to the Regional Director and collaborating with Sales/Marketing to hit occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management in senior housing (AL/MC/LTC).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience managing finances across departments.
• Proficient in MS Office and report creation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations and departments within the community.
• Oversee management of all team members including recruiting, training, discipline, and coaching.
• Develop the budget and ensure departments operate within parameters.
• Hold regular meetings with staff, directors, residents, and resident families.
• On-call 24 hours a day for emergencies/crises.
