Discovery Senior Living seeks an experienced Executive Director to lead one or more senior living communities. You will drive occupancy, supervise daily operations, manage the budget, and ensure exceptional resident care while upholding regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with regional support teams, engage families, and lead a multidisciplinary staff to deliver outstanding service and financial performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration, Hospitality or Health-related fields.
• Minimum 3+ years of managerial experience in senior living, health care or hospitality.
• Experience driving occupancy, revenue, and operating efficiency.

Mansioni

• Provide executive leadership for the community's operations and resident care.
• Drive occupancy and top-line revenue growth through sales and external partnerships.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and cost controls across departments.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
