BoldAge PACE is seeking an Executive Director to lead operations, financial health, and regulatory compliance for our PACE program. You will oversee care delivery, quality improvement, provider networks, and strategic growth while ensuring alignment with our mission to serve seniors at home with dignity.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in health care administration, business administration, nursing, public health, social work, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of administrative experience in health/human services.
• Minimum of one year's experience working with the elderly population.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, financial alignment, regulatory compliance, and program growth.
• Lead quality improvement and compliance to ensure high-quality PACE services.
• Manage utilization and data-driven process improvements.
• Promote staff development, diversity, and inclusion across the organization.
• Develop annual operating and capital budgets in collaboration with finance.
