Job summary

VALIR PACE LLC in Oklahoma City seeks a President of PACE to lead the interdisciplinary care model, aligning clinical and operational performance with quality outcomes and participant-centered care. You will guide strategy, oversee CMS compliance, and drive sustainable enrollment growth across services.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of healthcare leadership, including experience with capitated or value-based care, and a proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and regulatory

This is an opportunity to lead a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary care model that helps older adults with complex needs remain safely and independently in their communities.The PACE President provides strategic and operational leadership across clinical services, participant experience, quality, compliance, financial performance, workforce development, enrollment growth, and community engagement. This leader will shape organizational strategy, strengthen day-to-day execution, and build a culture grounded in accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and compassionate care.What You’ll LeadEstablish and execute the strategic direction of the PACE organization.Oversee clinical and operational performance across the full continuum of PACE services.Ensure excellence in participant care, safety, experience, and outcomes.Strengthen interdisciplinary team collaboration and organizational accountability.Maintain compliance with CMS, state, and other applicable PACE requirements.Promote continuous survey readiness and proactive regulatory risk management.Lead budget development, financial planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.Use quality, operational, financial, workforce, and participant data to guide decisions.Balance enrollment growth with participant needs, organizational capacity, quality, and financial sustainability.Recruit, develop, and retain an effective and highly engaged leadership team.Foster a workplace culture that supports teamwork, innovation, transparency, and professional growth.Partner with executive leadership and governing bodies to advance organizational priorities.Represent the organization with regulators, providers, referral sources, community partners, participants, families, and other stakeholders.Develop strategic relationships that expand awareness of PACE and support responsible enrollment growth.What You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, nursing, social services, or a related field.Seven to ten years of progressively responsible healthcare leadership experience.At least five years of senior leadership experience in PACE or a comparable capitated, value-based, managed care, senior care, or integrated healthcare environment.Leadership experience encompassing healthcare operations, financial performance, regulatory compliance, quality, and workforce effectiveness.Demonstrated success improving operational performance, quality outcomes, enrollment, financial results, utilization management, or organizational effectiveness.Experience working with frail older adults or other medically and socially complex populations.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and resource allocation.Knowledge of CMS and state healthcare requirements, preferably including PACE regulations.Proven ability to lead organizational change and develop high-performing leadership teams.Exceptional judgment, communication, relationship-building, and decision-making skills.A genuine commitment to participant-centered care and the mission of helping older adults remain in their communities.Preferred QualificationsMaster’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, nursing, or a related field.Direct executive or senior leadership experience within a PACE organization.Experience leading a multi-site or geographically dispersed healthcare operation.Experience working with CMS, state administering agencies, governing bodies, or other healthcare regulatory authorities.Experience leading an organization through regulatory surveys, expansion, or significant organizational change.
