Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) seeks a seasoned executive to lead its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The role oversees planning, operations, compliance and vendor contracts for a multi-location program serving 700+ elderly participants.

The candidate will manage a $78+ million capitated budget, supervise senior leaders, and maintain CMS alignment while partnering with regulators and health system leaders. Strong governance, financial acumen and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required or equivalent experience with BS/BA and health administration knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare with managed care and geriatric service delivery; 3+ years in management.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of CHA PACE program, ensuring CMS guideline compliance.
• Manage financial operations, capitation, and program expenses within the capitated model.
• Direct staff across locations; supervise senior program leaders (Nursing, Operations, Compliance, Safety, Enrollment).
• Coordinate with contracted/agency staff, finance, HR and procurement.
• Lead strategic planning and performance reporting for the PACE program to drive growth and quality.
• Represent CHA PACE with regulators and external partners to support program success.
