Job summary

Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Program Director to lead the PACE center, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care. You will drive strategic plans, financial oversight, and regulatory compliance while mentoring the program support team.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring KPIs, audits, and stakeholder engagement to support growth and quality outcomes in elder care services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in healthcare operations or program management.
• 4+ years in leadership with P&L responsibility.
• Experience with PACE programs or home care operations preferred.
• Experience in start-up or turnaround environments a plus.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in elder care.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership of the PACE center and program operations.
• Develop strategic plans for PACE program operations, growth, and compliance.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align goals with strategy.
• Ensure PACE model requirements and regulatory alignment.
• Lead and mentor the Program Support Team and drive performance.
• Set performance expectations and drive service quality.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Facilitate cross-functional care delivery and communications.
• Drive participant satisfaction and care coordination.
• Conduct regular visits to assess satisfaction and identify gaps.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure CMS/state/regulatory readiness and audits.
• Build relationships with community providers and regulators.
• Prepare program reports for leadership and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain awareness of elder care trends and best practices.
