Legacy Healthcare seeks a Regional Program Director to oversee multiple PACE centers and lead operational excellence across locations.

You will coach Center Directors, drive care coordination with clinical leaders, and ensure CMS/state standards while managing budgets and staffing. This role requires travel and a strong track record in senior care operations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of healthcare leadership experience
• 3+ years of leadership within a PACE, managed care, senior care, or long-term care organization
• Multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of CMS regulations, quality initiatives, and healthcare operations
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and developing leaders
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 75% throughout the region

A growing healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Regional Program Director to oversee multiple PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) centers. This executive leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about improving care for older adults while leading high-performing teams across multiple locations.
