Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) seeks a senior leader to oversee Perioperative, Anesthesia, Endoscopy, Pain Management, Vein Center and Sterile Processing Services. You will drive strategic direction, optimize patient flow and ensure alignment with the organization’s goals.

The role requires MS/Nursing leadership experience, strong financial acumen and a track record of improving quality and operations, with collaboration across nursing, medical staff, and administration in a large health system.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• B.S. in Nursing required. M.S. in Nursing or related field required.
• Several years progressively responsible managerial, administrative and leadership experience.
• Solid background in planning, organizing and supervising.
• Proven leadership experience and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of the latest surgical equipment/technology/procedures.
• Experience with financial reports and capital budgeting.

Aufgaben

• Provides strategic leadership and oversight to Perioperative, Anesthesia, Endoscopy, Pain Management, Vein Center and Sterile Processing Services.
• Implements initiatives to expand and maximize service effectiveness.
• Promotes best practices and efficient patient flow.
• Collaborates with nursing and medical staff leadership on service delivery, technology, capital planning, and revenue generation.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and appropriate resource allocation.
• Evaluates staff performance and provides timely feedback.
• Supports education opportunities for students.
• Monitors data collection, payroll, budgets, patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
• Participates in hospital-wide quality improvement processes.
• Chairs or serves on committees to model effective leadership.
