• Oversee Central Sterile Processing leadership.
• Lead centralized surgical schedulers.
• Supervise inventory and clinical resource management.
• Manage budgeting, contracts, and equipment acquisition.
• Collaborate with surgeons on product evaluations and Lumere.
• Monitor billing processes and conduct audits for accuracy.
