Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a strategic leader to oversee Perioperative Services, Anesthesia, Endoscopy, Pain Management, Vein Center and Sterile Processing. You will drive initiatives to improve efficiency, patient flow and quality while aligning with our organizational plan and budgetary goals.

Required: BSN, MS in Nursing or related field, several years of progressive leadership in surgical services, strong financial and analytical skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN required.
MS in Nursing or related field preferred.
Several years of progressively responsible managerial/administrative leadership experience.
Leadership in surgical services and budgeting experience.
Demonstrated problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provides strategic leadership and oversight to perioperative services and related Centers.
Develops initiatives to expand effectiveness, improve patient flow andquality.
Collaborates with nursing and medical staff on service delivery, technology and budgeting.
